Hi! My name is Trudy, and I'm the one-and-only reporter for the Islandshire Gazette. You probably want to know where Islandshire is . . . well, it's a perfect tropical island paradise where my siblings and cousins (all American Girl dolls) live! We do all kinds of fun things here, and there are always more little girls joining the crowd. Sometimes they stay for a little while before going to new and wonderful homes . . . but it seems like most of them end up staying! It's a big job to adopt little girls, but Grammy and Grampy and Mom and Aunty are really good at it. They give us a great home, and we rescue a lot of little AG girls from terrible homes where their owners abused them. They get fixed up, and then they usually become part of the group! There are a lot of boys here, too, although the girls still have them outnumbered.
